I didn`t do the sound.its alredy had sound,and youtube makes a slight delay to the sounds..

Is it me, or is it now a touch choppier? The clashes were better, but the frames seems to chop a little.

The roto is the exact same,I just cut off a few of the 1st frames..
So nothing changed there,could be youtube or something if you didn`t notice b4.
I think what you see is the excessive saber flicker I have on the glows..

I like a LOT of lightsaber flickering,but I might have used too much..
Im sure if I wanted to I could go back and tighten up the sabers a littlle more ,but I already wasted TOO much time on this hehe..
This though might seem short took about 16 hours of work to do,then you watch it back and its just over a min and your like DAMMMM lol
I used my speed rotoscoping method too,but my next roto im going to go back to the old school 5 point line method.
It was easier to go back and tighten up with the 5 point method.

Thanks,I used the brush tool for this clip and when the saber fans its a pain to paint in the fan..
But we live and learn I think im going back to the 5 point line tool for good..
Its just a pain with the live when a saber goes behind someones head and you have to mask it out..
I do like how the rad and the red glow came out.
I just love red lately,guess its the rogue jedi in me hehe..

Anyways I just did this for fun,but you will see much better rotoscoping from me in Threads of destiny a fan film im working on,im  only using the 5 point line tool for that and have been going clips for them for th last 7 months.

roto looks outstanding...

sounds are a little wierd (for me)

but the fighting didn't seem right IMO....didn't have a very smooth flow as i have seen with other vids. i always looked at a lightsaber fight to be a smooth flowing type of combat. again, im not bashing this....all in all....it was great. outstanding work guys!!!
