Assembly instructions
Yun1: Here is an assembled saber.

Yun2: Unscrew the emitter and remove it with the blade. (There won't be a blade in them now, but in case you pass the info on to the buyers). You will need to glue the blade tip on and also the blade retaining ring at the bottom. Once you see the parts, it will make more sense. One important note. Do not mix up the emitters and collars (the pieces that screw together). They were indexed and marked to make sure the cutout details line up properly. If you mess them up, they have numbers scratched inside to help you re-match them.

Yun3: Remove blade from emitter if you want to. You can see the blade retaining ring in this picture.

Yun4: Remove two screws from the collar part and set aside.

Yun5: Slide collar off.

Yun6: Remove the optic unit. It should just slide out.
(https://www.fx-sabers.com/forum/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fi291.photobucket.com%2Falbums%2Fll317%2Fdrdicarlo%2FYun%2520Saber%2520Run%2FTutorial%2Fth_yun6.jpg&hash=7b91c794f24a90bdf3f31a3c98ee16fa680be588) (http://s291.photobucket.com/albums/ll317/drdicarlo/Yun%20Saber%20Run/Tutorial/?action=view¤t=yun6.jpg)
Yun7: This is the real tricky part. See the screw inside the tube? You need to get that out. It shows a button head in the pic, but it is now a cap screw. The easiest way is to use some long nose straight hemostats and unscrew the screw. You will not be able to get a set screw to turn enough to do any good. You might need a 5/64" Allen wrench to help you get it back in when reassembling.
(https://www.fx-sabers.com/forum/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fi291.photobucket.com%2Falbums%2Fll317%2Fdrdicarlo%2FYun%2520Saber%2520Run%2FTutorial%2Fth_yun7.jpg&hash=44bb1aac1bd80ff8c4e574ca4c9b8fb48c4f88d9) (http://s291.photobucket.com/albums/ll317/drdicarlo/Yun%20Saber%20Run/Tutorial/?action=view¤t=yun7.jpg)
Yun8: once the screw is out, slide the pommel and backbone off and be mindful of the two buttons. When you go to reassemble these parts, it is best to use the 5/64" Allen wrench to get the screw into the hole through the tube first. Then insert the buttons into the backbone and slide that over the end and up to the screw. You will need to lift the backbone over the screw and nudge it forward until the screw lines up with the hole in the backbone. This is probably the hardest part of assembling the saber. Again, once you have the parts in hand it will make more sense.

Yun9: Remove the screw from the outside of the tubing and slide out the chassis. It is a 0.050" Allen head for this screw.

That's it. All disassembled. Now wire up the chassis and put it back together. You may also need to drill a few holes to pass wires. Look closely at the build pix of the sabers I did and you will see it. Feel free to PM me with any questions and enjoy!
