I know this review has been here for awhile now but it's a great review The Vader ESB is a wonder since the saber itself is well balanced and a bit easier to use than the Anakin ROTS but the big switch makes it hard to swing around but it's Darth Vader's so why not.  :)

Thanks, Artificially_LinkX!

I love the Vader ESB... moreso than the single bladed Maul saber. It's just... well like you said, it's just Vader's saber! You don't need much more reason than that.  ;D It's also of excellent quality... the blade is bright and consistently lit... the hilt is very true to the filming prop, and the sounds are superb. I only wish the clash sound was the ignition sound like it is in ESB. That would make this the best saber for me. I actually boxed it up since I have two Mauls lying around, and the plastic section in the middle is becoming somewhat loose when I swing it, so I don't want anything to happen to it.

The D-ring on Vader's film prop was in the same place.

You have to be very careful when shopping on ebay. There are a lot of good dealers and sellers on there. I have bought off ebay for the last four years and have never had a problem. Sometimes you find good deals like I did with my Luke ROTJ that's coming. But as the saying goes, "if it's too good to be true". I have the Vader as well, it's a great saber!

FINALLY! Someone who is on par with me with the ESB Vader sounds. The ignition has a sound like the ignition of a thick match being lit. Not the Jedi lightsaber ignition sound.
