These are really coming along. So i do have a question. That is as long as its not a trade secret  :D 
 What size and type end mill did you use? Because those fit perfect.

I used a 23/32 endmill for recessing the switches. These particular hilts were all finished back in December and January. I still have parts to build more,  but haven't had much time for it lately.
