I have a chance of getting ahold of thise beautiful collectible, and I was wondering if anyone knew about it like if its common or uncommon or good quality and what the normal price range for something like ths would be.

I think you may wanna change your title to "blockade" runner ;). A "blockage" runner sound like something the roto-router guy might drive  :P

That is actually a kit. I have one myself. It runs $375 plus shipping from Randy Cooper himself. I haven't built it yet, but I have inspected the parts and all are pretty well done. There are a few flaws; but that is to be expected from a garage kit. When it is complete the model is 27" long. Be warned though; this is not an easy kit to build, you need advanced modeling skills to make it into a showpiece.

Your info just might have saved my bank account for sure! there is a comic store where I live that has one built and assembled for $700 I thought it was a limited production replica didnt know it was a model kit its still a beautiful piece id love to have just not for 700

'actually, for a quality; fully built model of this caliber; 700 dollars is fairly cheap. I've seen profesionally built models go for 5 grand and more. The Master Replicas Millenium Falcon goes for anawhere between 1200 to 3500 on the evil bay regularly.
