A few pics to celebrate SW!!

Ok here are 3 pics that will show you my first, very first encounter with anything SW, i was probably 0 years old in 1978 and my 7 year old brother got this wall paper for his room after watching SW back in the old days.

So this is the very first SW thing i ever saw, even before ANH.  The wallpaper is still there and almost 30 years old.

I had that same wallpaper! Mie was accessorized with ROTJ Bed sheets, a Chewbacca bank, a Boba Fett bank, A Darth Vader bank, and  My X-wings, Tie Fighters, And Millennium Falcon hanging on monofilament from te ceiling!

Thank you R2-D2 for sharin that pic! It brings back happy memories of my old Kentucky home! ;D

wow! you all had the same wallpaper? NICE!  well i just dont remember the first time i saw the wallpaper, but i recall bringing friends back to my house to show them my brother's room  :D

I now live in spain, but asked my father (who still lives in my old home) to take some pics for me to hang here :)

When I redecorated my room a few years back, I found a wallpaper that looked a bit like the one up there.
My mum refused to buy it though....and looking back, I'm glad she did.
I love Star Wars, but have it on my wall as a 16 year old girl, not such a good idea :P ::)

I have the Empire Strikes Back twin comforter.....I just can't find it at the moment. It's faded, it's shows it's authenticity. I guess I can show some current photos. (The guy who re-mortaged my has said...."Wow, now there's equity here!" And he had to try the FFX ANH Vader. I think I got an extra 10K for him just being allowed to play with it!)



I realize I have posted these here before, but I thought I'd show my honouring of the Greatest story of all time. ;D

Thanks guys! Ani, I sorta didn't have any bills or house or lady friend at that point when I was collecting. I was purchasing like $500 every week or so for a while. Now I am lucky to buy an FFX here or there. I've had to slow down since. :D

Every time i see collection pics I keep thinking "Ok, after we get the Rubies Vader, my sabers converted, and possibly a new saber, we're going freakin' SHOPPING on Ebay for stuff."
