I got sent the wrong mini!

I won an auction on ebay for a Anakin AOTC mini and today I get the package and its a Vader ESB. Its not a big deal since I dont have a vader though the box was a little more distressed then I would have liked but nothing horrible. I went back to look at the auction just to make sure I read everything right and yes it really was for an Anakin AOTC though i noticec that it showed a picture of the ROST mini. 3 diferent sabers all mixed up in one auction. I have an email to the guy hoping we can fix it though. I told him I'd rather buy the correct saber at a reduced price (free shipping) than go through the hassel of having him pay shipping back and sending me a new one. I thought that was fair. Hopefully he will too. And hopefully I wont get ripped off in the process.

Hopefully you bought from a seller with a conscience.  Even though the mistake was his/hers, the return shipping is usually paid by the buyer.  If you were to take this as far as filing an grievance with ebay, the first thing you'd have to submit was proof that you sent the mini back to the seller.

tell the seller, if he doesn't comply, then go to his door and pretend to be a jedi waving your saber around as if your mad....like annyone does that to people  ::) ::)
