I don't know aluke, that's alittle different then what is listed, I would have people ask on TCSS thread so maybe Tim could answer the question about how much it would cost.

I had five pieces powder coated from Tim with machine work done afterwards for only sixty bucks.

Since im relatively new to the custom lightsaber world, what do you mean by pieces for powdercoating? Im thinking you mean custom parts for a saber. How much would a few parts on a handle cost to be coated? Im wanting to do a little work on an fx vader, but dont even know the first thing about taking them apart.

Yes.  Any piece, any size - all the same price.  It's the process that he charges for, it's the same process for every piece, regardless of size.
