Many of the parts I've designed are available on Shapeways.  As many of you know, I have been often created custom or tweaked versions of the models upon request.
Mad Science Workshoppe by brinkerhoff_jason - Shapeways Shops

Current parts available from shapeways include:
Speaker Holder w/ Charge Port & Pommel Cap for removable grip saber designs
1in, 7/8in, 3/4in, and MHS-compatible pixel blade adapters for GX-16 Aviation Connectors
1in, 7/8in, and 3/4in hollow bullet point tipshttps://www.fx-sabers.com/forum/Smileys/DarkB/smiley.gif
23mm speaker holder with 4-40 chassis holes and pathways for wiring
1.25" modular chassis parts
and more..

I will be posting some basic parts to a collection on my thingiverse profile.  Many of these parts are also available on Shapeways for purchase.  I will add some more useful parts here soon.

What speaker do you recommend for the 23mm speaker mount?

TCSS doesn't sell any that size.

I have found the uxcel 2W 8ohm on amazon to be surprisingly decent.  You can find them for anything from $5-10 for 4 speakers. This was originally from a request.  I aso tried to use it to stack with a bass speaker, but didn't find sounded significantly louder or better.
