Ouch.  My suggestion then would be to put up a post in the WTB section for a custom saber similar to this with what you're looking for.  I know a lot of Smiths are overloaded with work right now, but who knows?  Maybe somebody will take the job.

No chance of getting the master himself to do one? Thanks again for your interest in my dilemma.

You'd have to take that up with him, but technically, Jasten built the hilt.  LDM installed the multitude of electronics.  If you really wanted to commission one just like it...maybe contact Jasten.  I can't speak for him but he was the creator of this saber.

Well it's been a few years and I am lucky to still be the owner of this beautiful unique piece of saber history! I have 2 questions, what was and where can I get the original pommel? and how do I get the TPM pummel off?  I want to attach a picture but, can't find an easy way to do it. Thanks

The original pommel was TCSS pommel style 4 in flat black pc.
