Graflex Shop Sales problems

Anyone know what is wrong with these guys?  I ordered a simple part that their site said was in stock 7 weeks ago and nothing...radio silence.  I guess I got ripped off.

Unfortunately this isn't anything new for them.  Buy part, wait for part, part not delivered in months, no response from them and part usually shows up in the end.  Good products not so good service.  It's been this way for a long time.
