I'm sure your setup has fixed or at least eliminated most of the bending issue.  I'm just so overly paranoid with these things that any small possibility/amount of bending is enough to worry me.  Then again, I wouldn't hesitate to copy your angled setup, only with a little rotating now and then if things start to look bent.  In fact, I have my Mace on an angled lean against the windowsill right now. :)  Wait, time to go rotate it.... ;)

In almost every picture I've seen the mace one seems to be the brightest of them all, is that true or is it just in the pictures, it must be pretty bright considering that it often outshine the Ani RotS in many pictues...
The Mace always seem to get the white core in pictures, but the Ani RotS and the vader ESB often look as in real life...

I do think the Anakin ROTS is the brightest, followed by Mace Windu and then the Vader ESB.

i am now considering displaying my sabers when my luke arrives.  i just want to be sure i can display them away from prying eyes.  my sons bedroom in the back is not overlooked but is out of the question.  Our bedroom has no room for such a big display.  i think my only option would be the rear living room near my PC but will have to check that the wall hides the display sufficiently that no-one can see in.  im real paranoid about getting burgled.  i dont live in a dodgy area or anything but i would hate someone to take a fancy and break in putting my sons / wifes lives at risk just aint worth it. 

if it doesnot work out ill just keep them as i do now, in their boxes with the shipping carton on.
