They still got a steal. The 12 MR sound cards alone are worth around 400, and that isn't counting all the other stuff in there.

well im the one who won the ESB Luke  ;D i am holding it as we speak... and i live in Australia
this is a photo taken the nite i got the saber in the mail with fully charged batteries

but im an American me and my wife joined all the ppl on 7.7.07 in Vegas and got hitched :o

i wanted the junk parts i have ben thinking of building sabers here in Australia cuz a stock MRFX Mace sells for 270 Australian $$$

i did snake in to get it so if i steped on anyones toes im srry but i really really wanted it and my wife wasnt home from work yet so i saw my chance so i took it lol if my wife would have ben home ther is no way i would have it now

i wanted the ROTJ EL Luke but lost that

The price was getting too steep for my tastes anyway. It's good that it went to someone that can enjoy the saber though. I was just going to cannibilize the clamp for a custom saber.

i love the saber i use it almost everynite to walk in the dark up to the decked out buss my wife and i own ... witch is our house i guess lol

cuz it is parked in the back yard of the pub her mother owns

Anyway, It's good that it went to a good home! Man if all I had to do to go to the pub was walk outside for a few minutes! I'd be so there! ;D :D
