 why not make your own? It only takes a little a bit of skill with a grinder , some sand paper & a piece of acrylic or polycarbonate in diameter needed. ( I was hoping to see a bullet tip for 3/4" blades, didnt like like the round tip , so I made this in a more long taper with a modified mirror , it has yet to be frost painted)

And easy to fly out. I notice that the bullet tip are more prone to flying out than the round one.

I think it has to do with the fact that since it's longer, there is more force than will force the tip out.

Kinda like how it's easier to shift a longer gearstick than a shorter one.

 Havent had that problem happen but once, I use lots of super glue to build up the joint in between . I usually use 3 "coats" & sand in between to do as much to eliminate the seem as possible.
