I run a hotel a New Orleans...maybe something in that area.  Great rates if people need to stay over for the night (as long as it's not over BCS Championhip or the second week of Mardi Gras)

Or is this a locals only thing???  (NYCC is about the only thing that'll get my set of locals together, and even then it's like lassoing wamprats.)

Anyone that knows that there IS a diffence between Cajun and Creole, is okay in my book.  (Post from another thread... ;) )

Nope...we all do it...it's the best part of the crawfish.  And look ya'll!  She said crawfish and not crayfish!
