Just watched the video, that is SWEET! :) Once I save some cash I'll be purchasing some parts from Erv to build a crystal focus orientated saber for myself. :)

Cheers for the pointer to the tutorial, Erv  ;) very helpful, clear and informative, although I'm still curious about the specifics of how many wraps/length you find best in your sabers that have photos of recently?

just like in the tutorial. Xwing last saber (parks obi ep I retrofitted to luxeon) used that and he was so pleased. 35 cm of crystal paper, and a double wrap of diffusion film.

Nice one, thanks again, I must have missed the specifics when I read it. I think I noticed something quite recent on TCSS forums from Xwing to that effect  :)
