Amazing conversion :o  That removable blade makes it the perfect saber.  Simply astounding- Yoda you should definitely offer a conversion service.  You could charge whatever you wanted because that is just perfect.

I disagree with the note that states that the Luxeon make the MR saber look underpowered.  In the picture to me it looks like the MR blade in brighter than the Luxeon, I have never liked the bright base which I know can never be eliminated, the Luxeon looks even lite but the MR looks brighter, the hyperdyne looks great but at a very expensive rate.

My take on this.  I think people sometimes get the wrong impression about Luxeon sabers.  In 90% of the pictures you see the saber is either against a wall or laying on the ground.  This very much adds to the flare at the base os the blade.  When you are holding the saber normaly [in the air] you really dont see the flare that much.   Thats just my opinon.

BTY Yoda, that saber rocks.

I had a Luxeon and the base had a flare in it with or without the background, I am not knocking the craftmanship in making or constructing luxeon saber I think you and Ultra and all the other builders out there do great work, but its a technology that I dont have much interest in, I think MR stock sabers are better with one exception they can break but I have dueled with my MR sabers hard and not one except for my Mace ROTS has ever had a light break, flicker or turn off completly

Thanks for the compliments everyone... 8)

The Purpouse of this Site is just this... for those who want to know to be able to make informed buying
decisions to help assist enthusiasts determine what's right for them.

I do concur with JSS and ULTRA and TCSS and CORBIN and My own FX-SABERS GRAFLEX Luxeon conversions.
There is still no substitute for the durability and ease of Luxeon operation, including blade removal replacement
it's also the most cost effective for long term ownership overall.

The Hyperdyne represents a different category like the MR as I've said and it appeals to the collectors that
want to have it to ADD to their collections.
I don't think there are many newbies that rush out and spend close to $1000 on their first Lightsaber.

Remember... Like all sabers does look brighter in the pict than real life, but the picts can give you gives a decent
comparison in luminocity for those who are used to looking at these types of picts... compared to their in person
visual effect.

It really is a lot brighter than an MR... but it doesn't have the clean look fo a luxeon or the corbin like core
which is my personal favorite look for any saber.
(untill a real one is developed ;))

The owners I've talked to that have them agree that they'd rather use their Luxeons for dueling and save their Hyperdyne
for a brighter one of a kind display piece, usually in their favorite type of hilt.
Of course there are those who use them for dueling but I've not talked to them about their experiences yet.

The Hyperblade System is expensive and need to be assembled and maintained correctly in order to be enjoyed
to it's full potential and It adds a brighter LED piece to the collection.

I'll see if I can get some kind of Video together this week? ;)

Well, not quite like a luxeon. More like a mega bright and durable FX with a blade that just unplugs. Awesome piece of kit.
