First time I've seen a purple hyperblade in the hands of the end user.

Not bad at all, too bad it doesn't have a Windu style font.

Nice saber. What's up with the pause in between the sounds?
To me it's like: ignition pause hum pause swing pause...
Is that the way the board works or is that the font you're using?
Thank you Photobucket for the best Sig ever!

He's using a version 1 Hyberblade sound module (not to be confused with any version of the SaberSD sound board).  From what I've been told, It does that.

Hi Space windu,
Could you tell me how do you wire the accent led ?

First you need to figure out which accent LEDs you are going to use, and locate the proper resistor depending on how much power you are using.

There will be a different resistor if you are using the 11.1 pack vs the 7.4 pack, and different resistors depending on the led and the power requirments.

Then wire the resistor into the positive side and the back end of the kill port, so when you pull the kill key the light goes on (if that's what you're going for).

Don't forget to cover the resistor in heatshrink so nothing will touch anything inside the hilt.

Yes! I reversed this hilt and put the emitter on the pommel and the pommel on the emitter end. I just think it looked better because of the way the grips are laid out.

Some hilts actually do hang emitter up on the belt :D

No matter which way you cut it that's an awesome saber all around. It sounds louder than heck too. Can't wait to see what you have in the works next, Space!
