I think he means he has saved $700 for Hyper's stuff?

I'm going to recommend Makotosai. He has a great customer service reputations and his products are outstanding. Just as bright if not brighter than a Hyperblade. In his videos, you can't hardly tell the MR is even on.

i agree with darthcaden, get yourself a makoto driver/soundboard and one of his blades.
i dont have one myself but would love to have one, i orrigonaly wanted a hyperdyne but there way to expensive, not to mention there sound board that is NEVER in stock. just watch some of the reviews on youtube you will quickly see that makoto is way better and cheaper as well!!!
you can get his 2in1 board for 90 plus shipping, thats a way better deal then hypers driver board and sound card. and his blades are only 90 bucks as well, way better deal then the 180 or so for hypers.

If I were you I'd wait 'till his LED v3.0 and SuperONE v2.0 are available to buy. Judging by his test videos, those will rock! ;D
