TCSS MHS Assembly/Custom Lightsaber Builds
Contact me for a quote. I can help you put together the Lightsaber of your dreams starting with the TCSS MHS system. I can build Stunt (no sound, great for dueling) to Crystal Focused, accent LED filled, RGB LED having with the craziest shroud you can come up with! Bring your design or let me help design the perfect saber for you! Powder coating is also available by MH! Don't forget for sabers with an activation box to have me put in a custom Bling Strip from Hon_Rev!
$75 is due as a deposit before design work will begin. If you have your own design and are ready for the build, it will be a $50 deposit. Once a design is fully agreed upon I will send a full estimate. 50% of the total saber price must be paid before the full build can start. The design/estimate deposit will be add as part of the payment. So, it is 50% minus the deposit. Sabers must be fully paid before they will be sent out.
The addition of sound boards and accent LED's will will be charged as per the "Services" section on this page.

I recently got two sabers that had a 3/4 blade. I have seen other 3/4 blades and just never liked them. I got these two and, same thing. The blades were just dull compared to say, Ultra 1 inch blades for example. The 3/4 blade looks good at the emitter and the tip but they ALL were dull in the center of the blade. The brightness was jut plain bad. I couldn't understand why anyone would want one. That is till I got one from TCSS. When I got it, same thing. So, I took out the film that was being used and searched all over till I found a film that I really liked. I nearly filled that blade with the film (does not effect the weight very much at all). Now, I love the 3/4 blade! For the original trilogy and maybe KOTOR sabers I prefer these blades. They look more like the sabers in the trilogy. Very bright throughout with a nice glow at the emitter. The one inch blades fit the Prequels better in my opinion.
Anywho, here are some pictures. I have my camera set to not over expose on bright light. It does dull down the brightness a little. The overall color looks more white in the center and spreads out to the color in person.

SOOO unbelievable.
Where did you dig that up.
This saber must been 3000 years old.
Is it still working?
Did you saw bones laying next to it?
Any idea from who it was?

Or you have been really bussy on this one, but,... Neeehh I think not.
Looking at this hilt,... it must be that old.
 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)

EDIT: I saw the Vid, you lucky guy it still works.
Man what a details on this one, LOVIN IT.
That Crystal Chamber coming out this way, the lighted bling strip colors, the wires that are really functional too.
WOW.

!!!!!UPDATE!!!!!!
For all y'all that I am building or fixing or upgrading sabers, I want y'all to know that I am back on the bench.
We are fully move into our new house. My infection is gone (I think). I don't think I will be having my revision surgery for a while now and due to my job loss I will be working on sabers full time for now. I am going to do my best to get these done. I may have to enlist some help tho. I also want to thank you with all my heart for being so patient with me during these tough times. I really thought thing were going to be better for after the amputation and did not expect recovery to be so long or to have the ups and downs like I have had. I do forget at times that the surgery was only in September and most people that have had the kind of amputation that I had are not doing what I have been doing for over a year. It is called the Ertl Procedure. Again, I thank you. Y'all did not have to be so patient but I am glad that you have. I want you to know as well that I will give you nothing but my best!
I hope to be sending out sabers very soon!
God bless!

Nice...

I've been in the chat room, and it's great. A lot of fun conversation on saber builds and life in general. Won't be able to hop on till after 11 pm this evening... but I frequent it early in the morning during the weekdays (between 8-9 am, Eastern Standard Time).

Always walk away with more knowledge and excitement about lightsabers when I log off there. :)

2 questions I would like to ask.

1.  What motivated him to start the club.  Was it his love of star wars, friends who had the same interests, or a way he felt he could spread the joy the star wars universe brought him over the years?

2.  How many members joined at first?

Those are two things I would like to know.  I get off at work at 5:00 PM PST, but should be home within 15-20 minutes after I get off work.

WOW! What a great time that was! Albin did a wonderful job and shared many stories with us about the 501st and his life. I think everyone agrees that it was informative and fun! Didn't know that even the title 501st was made by Albin not George! It got int the books because he jokingly said "hey, you should put that in a book sometime"! How cool is that!
Or the George Lucas is a 501st geek!!! That was great!
Can't wait for the next Chat Night at The IRA!!!!

Just wanted to let y'all know that I am not inactive and that my back log is getting taken care of in a respectful way.

I will not be doing full commissions in the near future but will be making and sell sabers as they are finished. If you see a saber that you are interested but would like small changes here and there I can do that and I will still be open for doing custom cut outs and engraving after Christmas as long as you have the shroud or part ready for the cut out  or engraving. So, great things still to come. Just not taking commissions because of health issues. I do not feel right about taking a commission and then having you wait for a long time for work to be done because of this or that with my health issues. So, I think that making sabers on my own time and allowing for minor changes, if you want any changes would be much safer and  better for my customers and for the community as a whole.

Thank you and God bless you!
