Here is our latest saber that is on ebay right now, we call it BALROG. It is most definately a Sith saber, and it looks like it'll kill you just looking at it ;D

MHS parts lathed and PC'd in Solar Flat black and Translucent gold
Crystal Chamber Choke with real quartz crystal
Lethal Brass overlay (literally, you should have ssen me trying to polish this one ;))
FX Vader Board
NiMh 4.8V pack w/charger
Recharge port
Brass Covertec knob

Fantastic work...I can certainly see how polishing that brass overlay could draw blood and earn its Lethal name...those flames are quite spectacular!

As is the "translucent gold" powdercoating...it really looks like a shiny gold...would look good for "electrum" accents on a Jedi Master's saber too eh - did you have to polish the underlying aluminum to a mirror brightness to get that effect?

She's a beauty.

Once again brass = class, I love the design! Great work you two... great work and as for the TG PC any idea if TCSS will add it to there PC list?? It is much better then there current "gold" offering!

Hey Onli-Won, thanks for the complements.  Yes, we do have to polish the underlying aluminum to a mirror finish, otherwise you will not get that result so there is quite a bit of prep work.
