long story, she was just so rude...i'd ask her if the Vader ESB mini is shipping...she starts puffing and says well! I don't know! i need your information! i'm like no....i just want to know if its shipping...please. She's like "Ok, you know what! i told you, i need ur info"....and then she transfers me to someone else...jeeze...i'm mad now thinking of it!
