All i can offer is information on the fx sabers as i own all of them except for the Luke ROTJ (getting one in september). Also if anyone wanted to address a particular fear about a saber they could PM me. I will be happy to help in any way i can.

I'm sorry if this has been suggested by somebody else (I don't wish to step on toes here  :)) and I'm sorry if I've posted this on the wrong thread but I was thinking it would be cool to have a picture of the week/month competition.
Perhaps a section could be added to the gallery forum where the best FX picture taken by members could be voted upon by members or by the Jedi Council. It would encourage creative thinking from members and would be fun like a caption competition. There are some very talented photographers on this site so it could be interesting. There wouldn't have to be a prize or anything, I just think it would be quite fun.

dark fox, there's already a thread going on 101 different uses for an FX lightsaber (not quite a weekly/monthly competition, but something along those lines).  Sadly, it hasn't gotten any new entries lately, so I'll post the link here in the hopes of reviving it. :)

And no marks or toes were overstepped or stepped on; it's a great idea, and that's why Qui-Gon created it in the first place. ;)  Hopefully we can get some interest in it again and possibly make it a more regular event.
