Conclusion ?

It's working and ready to go in all it's glory and you forgot to update the place-holder page in the PDF (?)

My apologies for the ignorant question.  Just making sure.

NP, and I *LOVE* the tone lol. It's a recurrent question, I have a lot going on ATM (day job). I'm going to release a new fw soon, pixel sequencer isn't in there yet, I've been touching foundations of code but it's well placed on the road map. Spatial flicker is implemented and working pretty well, along the road (next fw) => more fx, then fw after that => pixel sequencer. I have to square up a bunch of things for my day job before I can commit more to Plecter Devs, which is, sorry if I have to repeat it, a side job / garage business (I owe my employer 40 hrs a week at least)
cheers

Hey there's a new high density neopixel LED strip that's 332 LEDs per meter.

I heard that the CFX is limited to 144 pixels. Can you up the limit for these?

not sure where you've heard that but it's crap. Blade length limit is RAM only. Current RICE slider has been increase to 280 for ease of use. Manual edit of the blade length can be anything RAM would support.

Quick question: is the 9th accent LED PWM or just normal?

I have a couple questions. First, Is the SD card accessible via the USB port? The manual mentions that it will be, but was wondering if current firmware supports it.
Next question is trickier. My next saber I am thinking about making a removable "power cell". The trick with the design is the battery will need to be disconnected to be able to connect the USB. I'll be using one multi pin connector to facilitate both, with some pins for the battery and some for the USB access. Disconnect the "power cell" and connect a "diagnostic" port. The manual mentions that the board does not support powering it via the USB. However could I still power the board via a PC's USB if I ran the USB wire's power lines to the board as well. I wouldn't be running the LEDs in that configuration, I'd run a separate positive line for the LEDs through the connector to the battery. So the board will be the only thing powered.

Hello,

sure, mass storage was implemented long ago now).
The board needs the battery input voltage to be operated. Still, you could hook up the +5V of the USB port thru a shottky diode to the positive pad, that would power the board via USB, if you don't use the led that's ok

Perfect, thanks @erv. I assume that is to keep current flowing the proper direction.

Hey, quick question, im running jsut a single WS2812B neopixel strip that has around 128 pixels on it, its ground is connected to L1,L2,L3,L4. when i turn it on i get only 1 colour, red. (unless i change the color order than i get jsut Green). ive seen people only use l1 and L4, would htat be the reason im getting only 1 color? (yes i am using a 330 ohm resitor on data pin, and also using powersupply for power right now)

Same response as on the vault group.  You need to provide more info.  Negative from the pixel is not the problem.  It could be blade wiring, config, or a number of other issues.

seconded and I think it's just config of your colors. Stock colors are giving you 32 different colors. Real time adjustment in RICE allows to change them or at least see a change.

There's a change log for CFX that shows ver CFX v-10.006G and CFX v-10.006H, however, the last FW that I see for download is CFX v-10.006F.

Were F and G pulled or not up yet...or?

Thanx
