Thank you for the videos and parameters.

I´ll try this when I got my CF5, a PEx and found the right LED.

no problem.  I'm gonna do the blue and green sabers side by side at different settings (10 on the first, 20 on the second up to 120) tonight.  this should give a good idea of the range of values that can be achieved.  I'll also give the current settings a shot on static FoC™ instead of flickering to see what it looks like.  who knows, could be better than what I have now.   8)

Just shot a quick video of a RGBW with RB and GW (FoC tm)
The flash is not as dramatic as some of Alex's videos, but will give people an idea of what a purple blade looks like with a white flash.
I used Alex's suggested settings 0,5,0,65.

Here are the results...

Like I said, not as dramatic on camera but still a very nice effect in person.

sweet!  I'll add you to the first post.  Anyone else with different color combos, please try these configs and post your results so we can all see how well these setups work with different colors.  I technically could do all of the colors myself, but that is too much work.  It would take a solid 3 hours just to change the setup that many times, plus I would have to take the videos and upload them and such.... Soldering LEDengins is not my favorite thing to do.   :-\

I'm also putting a todo list on the first post for myself so I don't forget what I said I'd do.

Alex, when you shoot your videos, could also include what your lockup looks like?  You had it on one video and it looked great.  It'd be nice to be able to compare them all.

sure.  The lockups are all the same though.  The duration of the FoC™ only changes the clash, blaster, and force effects (If enabled).

The only thing that would change the lockups is if they were set to static.  I will do a video showing the difference between static FoC™ lockup and non-static FoC™ setups.

I'll get it done tonight.  But seeing as how I'm still in class with no sd card reader or blade, I can't really do much here.  But I do realize you were joking, I'm just saying.    :D

I'd love to see other users vid's besides just alex's who try it.  I did it on heretic and its look good, but not as good as alex's...I think the purple color just has too much white in it already to the eye, and so does not look as dramatic.  It still looks good, but not a whole lot better than what it was before.

i couldn't see the FoC™ for that video, it was just pure brightness lol
but still very awesome nonetheless
