I've only heard good things about Donna (the lady in the aforementioned website).  So I decided to buy my first tunic set from her.  Altho I have not yet received it, I can tell you that she has hands down the best customer service I have EVER had.   Will let you know how the tunics come out when I get them, but I'm expecting the best based on all the 100% positive feedback she's gotten thus far.

On a seperate note:

Anyone know of a good place to get decent - good quality jedi boots under $100 (as my money trees don't actually grow money..despite what I was told when I bought them...)   Tongue

Thanks for the link :)

Boots for under $100... Tall order. I believe I saw really cheap costume grade boots for $40 at Discount Star Wars Costumes. I too am in the look out for cheap but decent boots...considering I have to pull together another costume since the one I had...is garbage fodder  :-\

I was talking with dt the other day and for some sithly style costuming and I was muggling thru ebay and I found these people and both me and dt agree that they are a worthy seller. 16 pages at 200 feedback per page theres 1 neg and like I think 2 nuteral and thats cause the buyers were tarded.

http://stores.ebay.com/Monkey-Dungeon_W0QQcolZ4QQdirZQ2d1QQfsubZQ2d999QQftidZ2QQtZkm

Iam deffinatly going to get a couple things from them for halloween and then build on it by adding more here and there to get a style of Galen Marek when you first start out the training clothes, not the heavy or the light style the regular. I would try to do his costume exact but in a new style and weather it myself. But I dont have the build or the dashingly good looks to pull it off.

Clickey

Iam going to go for the lots of straps and such look. Sorta like Galen Marek meets hellrazer.

you can add this link to the "costumebase" entry, for people who don't like Ebay: http://utopiabase.com/index.php?cPath=1_2
its the same seller.  on ebay they are called costumebase, but as it turns out, this is the 'off ebay' store from the same guy.
(I bought an item from the "costumebase" Ebay store last week, and the shipping confirmation Email came from "utopiabase.com"
so I checked out their site. lots of SW merchandise to be had)

This thread has been MOST helpful as I now am waiting for my costume to arrive. ;D Good call Shaak!

To keep more on topic, I believe the guy from here: http://discountstarwarscostumes.com sells his boots on Ebay as well...and at a discounted price it seems. They're listed on his site at 35 and change, but you can get them for around 30 or less off an auction. If you lose he'll give ya a second chance offer usually.
