Title: Kylo Ren fx saber

I just recently bought a Kylo Ren fx lightsaber. I put in batteries, turn it on. A minute later it turns off. I turned it on again and a get a "click" sound? Like it's telling me the batteries are dead? So I put in new batteries "Energizer this time" and same thing happened. On for a minute then off with that same click sound. Is mine broken? Please help

sound like it could be a loose connection somewhere best get it looked at
