First Step to Vintage Vader ANH
« on: March 08, 2007, 06:42:12 PM »
Well, here's some pics of the 1950s MPP Flash I won.  My first step to an awesome Vintage Vader ANH Luxeon Conversion with (hopefully) an Ultra soundboard...down the road, of course.

Congratulations!!  8)

Right now you must be feeling like I did when I first held my Graflex ESB that I won from Ebay.  ;)

2010...I certainly hope it's better than 2009 was! ::)
10/10/10~Well, so far with my Father's passing away, I'd say that this year was actually worse than 2009, even the fact that I now have a full time job (For now) isn't anywhere near enough to make up for that...so...maybe 2011 will be better? I'm not holding my breath... ::)

Sorry to break it to you, but what you have is a Hieland Synchronar. The cousin of the MPP. Here's a real MPP.

Its still pretty close.  It looks kinda like what Icons based their Vader ANH on(the synchronar, i mean).
I'm not wearing hockey pads.

Well, I guess that CLOSE UP SHOT that shows the wording SYNCHRONAR escaped me.  I never saw that before.  It totally escaped my vision.  Thank you for showing that to me, I don't think I EVER would have found that!

It will still make an excellent Vader saber. I've used Synchronars before myself.

The Picture in the eBay auction looked different, I guarantee it.

Make me think the Guy pulled an Image from someone else ::)
But not to worry I'm sure we will make it work regardless ;)
