Alot of these lightsaber cutaways are fan made.  In fact on the RPF forum and Rebelscum forum members sometimes all put money into one of these group projects to make 10 or 20 sabers with custom plaques for their members.  I reccomend you check out both of those listed forums.  The best cutaway group I've seen was on rebelscum I believe, it was an actual graflex that you could have made to be either the esb or anh version.  Along with an awesome cut away it had a working blue light crystal in the hilt, it was amazing.

that's kind of cool!! Although different, it reminds me a bit of the Advanced Light hilts that can be stripped down to component parts. Check http://www.advanced-light.com/index.asp?id=2 if you've not seen them. Bit pricey, I reckon, though...
..oh, duh!! I just scrolled down that page and found that he also does nice (not cheap) cutaways...

Yeah, I was going to send him a PM on that one, He has already bumped over 10 threads that are almost over a year old, But then again, I;m not a mod. and I cant be screwed. And also we're all only human, and we all make mistakes sometimes. ^.^!
