Screws, bolts and nuts, rivets, etc are mechanical fasteners. Glue, tape, epoxy, etc are not.

Amazing chassis! What is the weight difference compared to a chassis printed in strong and flexible? How did you isolate the electronics from the metal chassis?

Thanks! How shall I put it? The weight difference is substantial :) It feels like some thing that is more machine than man built it. But it is very manageable and feels quite nice actually.

There is an inner cradle for the board and battery and an inner insulating ring for the speaker.
