Back in 2015 I ordered a PP F-11D blaster kit (on the FISD forum) which I explained was intended for a 501st higher-up, and it was shipped way early in order to meet the TFA premiere deadline.

In 2016 (iirc) I ordered one of DDay’s L2A3 receiver tubes in steel, which PP then used to debut their excellent E-11 resin casts—and for this “inconvenience” PP included with it a flawless set of casts (barrel, muzzle, recoil spring cap, and end cap) for free.

This year (2018) when I saw PP’s Imperial Knight lightsaber run, I assumed the price was doubled based on the quality of the blaster and the receiver tube. They explained that the total cost was what I’d assumed to be the 50% deposit, and I was happily sold.

10/10 for:
•unparalleled 3-D model accuracy
•flawless casting and machining quality
•zealous customer support

I have taken part in Phoenix Props Kylo Ren V1 and V2 as the default installer. It couldn't have been more professional: great product, very good communications and very constructive approach of any kind of matter.
I'm looking forward to many projects that will follow.

5/5

I haven't bought an hilt from Phoenix Props yet.
But during our Tusken Slayer and the Pariah Run at Watto's Junkyard, Phoenix Props helped us with an excellent and very competent service of communication between uns and and other companies. Great costumer service!

5 out of 5!

I've bought PP Kylo V2 and Watto's Tusken Slayer.
I don't need to explain how well-engineered and accurate these hilts are...
But also, Derrek is easily accessible and very easy to communicate with!

Definitely 5/5 :)
