Title: The graflex is back, BABY!

The episode 9 trailer just dropped, and it looks like the graflex is making her return, although with a new clamp modification to make up for the break. new activation box too, so graflex clamps are gonna be a no go on this build. I like it though, the leather gives it a rustic look. Also, the D-ring is gone. Looks like they are using a new belt mechanism similar to the prequel clips, except instead of a covertek clip, they cut into one of the rubber grips to turn it into a clip

I absolutely loved it.  That trailer was amazing.

Well, that's a relief.

Trailer had me rolling my eyes, though. Why try and ram somebody with a TIE fighter when you can just unload on them with a strafing run from altitude?

Didn’t seem much like a fight, training maybe?
Either way I loved it, and seeing Billy Dee again.
Glad this last one is JJ again as well.

On topic, yep here we go with another Flex. I’ll wager Kylo’s has changed too since there’s a time jump.

the fact they are using roman props makes me very happy. To see the Og saber community getting respect from JJ not only in episode 7 but now in episode 9 is awesome. My only issue is how the lightsaber keeps magically turning on when they press down on the blade adjustment dial and not the activation box ;)

I'm a little mixed on seeing the Graflex again (and it's my favorite saber of the bunch). I was kind of hoping we'd get a new saber hilt altogether, as we did when Luke got a new one in ROTJ. Then again, it is a cool modification. I'll have to see how it all goes down this December.

Cool variation on the Graflex but meh on the trailer.
