Title: eFX reveal Luke- does the D-ring scuff the saber?

Was wondering if people have experienced scuff marks on the hilt where the edge of the d-ring hits the saber. Seems like it might be pretty unavoidable considering how it is packaged with the ring folded against the hilt.

It has the potential to scuff if pressed hard against the bottom of hilt.  Mine had a some what tight Tri-ring so it never moved freely.  So I believe all would have the same tolerances. IMO

Well, these have been out for a while, did anyone ever convert one with blade and sound/CF?
