An SS Star Destroyer is the one SS I'd chase no matter how unwieldily or expensive it would be.

Glad to hear I've ruined another FX for everyone, it really has become the goal of this feature. :D

I wouldn't hold your breath (or miss out on any great LE deals) for helmets from MR given their track record, Anakin.  It is now the MR helmet payment plan; you can order the boba next year, and not have to pay for it until the following year, convenient! ;D

Yes I do believe the FX could have been much thinner, but again I think they
are stuck to a certain budget and you just can't get the kind of machining with the low
entry price of the FX's

Why yes it's true  ;D it's still working good for you I hope ;)

Even those could have a 1inch blade adapted to it if the top emitter hole was big enough
because it would give the same mount of bite on the blade as a mace windu conversion does ;)

but even in MR's defnse here if they simply used a steel sleeve at 1/16th around the blade along the neck
it would have been strong enough and thin enough.
they would just need to leave out the extra inner plastic :D

Ah well maybe I should go apply for the Project manager Job at MR... 8) :-\ :D
since I no longer work at Tower's corporate office :P

But with such a long printing background I'm worried about my "official qualifications"

We will see...

Your track record of helping along MR's FX development is well documented.  They just need to bring you on down here to make it official. :D

sure you should go for it Yoda,  what happened with your other job?

i got an email from R2Dtoys here in the UK, they are looking for a star wars enthusiast to help develop the business, unfortunately i am nowhere near London so wont bother applying for that one.

i ordered my OBI FX lastnight after getting a better job so i am getting excited and reading all the reviews etc.
