Sid installation Services:

UPDATE (8-3-14):  I have posted the POC so a proposed pricing structure is below.  Folks will notice that it is noticably less than the Dukes.  Machining does not require special bits on these, so no separate machining charge for sound venting (well, we did design them that way this time, lol). 

Certified installers for the Sids are no listed below.

There will be 3 trim options offered (as of right now).  Those trim levels will be listed below.  As with the Dukes, initially I will coordinate but at some point I will ask people to contact their preferred installer directly after I have set things up for you.  Each installer is 100% qualified and we will indeed move installs to other installers if any one of us is swamped.  For example, I will not accept 35 installs while the other guys have 2 each ;)

***Note:  Machining is included in the install cost.  Shipping and 4% paypal fee will be added to your final bill.

The install levels are:

LEVEL 1: Soundless Stunt Saber (ANAKIN and LB):
--3W Red LED, pulolu latching to mom pcb, Custom optics/LED module, Hilt assembly--Price: $125

LEVEL 2: Nano Biscotti Install (ANAKIN and LB):
--2A: Nano install, 3.7V Li-ion, 3W Red LED, Custom LED/Optics module, Hilt assembly, LDM or TCSS HO 20mm speaker--Price: $445
--2B: Nano install, FoC, 3.7V Li-ion, 9W RGB LED, Custom LED/Optics module, Hilt assembly, LDM or TCSS HO 20mm speaker--Price: $505

LEVEL 3: Crystal Shard Install (This service provided by LDM & JANGO):
--3A: CSv2 install, 3.7V Li-ion, 3W Red LED, Custom LED/Optics module, Hilt assembly, LDM or TCSS HO 20mm speaker--Price: $465
--3B: CSv2 install, FoC, 3.7V Li-ion, 9W RGB LED, Custom LED/Optics module, Hilt assembly, LDM or TCSS HO 20mm speaker--Price: $525

Other items available:
--LDM Powder Coating of "shroud" in Metallic Bronze ($55) or Trans-Copper ($65).
--7/8" LDM blades in Nylon ($43) or clear Ultra-Gelu Poly-C ($35).

Hi there, is this red for the main colour? Just asking as you ask whether we want blue or green as FoC. Most red mains I've seen use a white FoC.
Also what's the difference appearance wise between the copper option or the trans option??

Then you ought to take a look at a few more sabers ;).  Blue is by far the most common color choice...and yes, red is the default blade color offering (since this is a replica of a saber with a red blade after all).  If one wants another color blade, then we can certainly discuss it.

Copper color is the same copper color that i use on nearly half of my builds, so it is pretty common knowledge at this point.  Here are a few pictures to to refresh everyone's memory ;)

This remains a possibility, but until I have actual production hilts in hand and finalize the install process, I won't know for sure.  Remember, the Dukes changed somewhat and I had to redo how I approached them.  I don't want to get stuck this time around which is why everything is tentative at this point.

There will be a deposit due when  we get your hilt in hand with the residual due when the saber is finished.  Typical deposits are ~$100.
