Ok, this may be a little surprising, but I already have taken this saber apart... but for good reason. You guys will get to see why in a little while. I will make another review of this when its done, but I can hardly wait to get it out the door. The tear down was easy as heck, and also beneficial because I knew I missed some heat shrink points and I got those taken care of.

UPDATE!!

Ok I know this thread is now going on three months old, but I have EXCITING news.

This saber is finally done, finished, finito. I sent the parts to our very own Morris@rt to be Anodized, and they are back in my hands. I recieved them monday night and I spent the rest of the night putting it back together. Let me say this, it FAR exceeded my own expectations for the saber. The parts are beautifully done, and the black matches the black on the obi-wan pommel.

Here are a few beauty shots:

And a Video:

My camera really doesn't do this saber justice, it is much better in person. As for the tech specs on this baby, they remained relatively unchanged. Still a CF 4.1, still a 7.2V Li-Ion pack. However, now instead of a Lux III Cyan, there is a Lux V. I also have a Seoul P4 green that I can quickly pop in at a seconds notice.

I want to stress that this is the epitome of a gray saber. Has a sithy look to the hilt, but a very Jedi feel to the blade.

Last thing... To correspond with the release of Bioshock Two, expect another MHS saber from me. A few people have already seen the design, so be on the look out. The game has a tentative release date of September 30, 2009 so expect to see the saber around then ;)

Enjoy and as always; Welcome to Rapture!

Thanks MJ, a compliment always means a lot coming from a fellow saber smith.

Yeah, the CF was relatively easy for me, surprisingly enough. Erv did a great job with his manual. The only thing I had an issue with was the recharge port, and good ol' Jango helped me out there.  :D
