It's good food for thought however if one chooses to purchase from this individual it all comes down to personal choice.

True, if one decides to go against sound advice, and loses their money... that's their issue, and their issue alone.  :o

Warnings are issued for a reason... not because people here want to raise their post counts (normally), but because many of us try to spare people potential grief and aggravation.  ;)

I know this thread is old now, but wolf10100 and myself have been I touch with him. We also know that all jksabers tfu1 and mj hilts are simply props as are ro saberas tfu1 which are heavily modded.
Reading this has now made myself think twice before placing these on our site.
Thanks for the heads up.
I don't know, i gotta bad feeling about this!

I don't know whether I have understood because my english is bad. but not all my tfu1 SK are simplyprops. 2011/12 and 13 SK are 100% JK-SABERS and the 2014 model is 65% JK and 35% simplyprops. only the mara 2013/14 is 50% JK and 50% Simplyprops.
just for info.
and I also have no problems with simplyprops.
I can not judge him. He has not betrayed me.

Jq sabers who is in the guild worked with simply props on the Excalibur.
Does that mean that simply props is back in our fold?
They state here that they worked with Jq and have
Their permission to sell their own.
I. Confused.

I didn't see anything where JQ says they worked with this guy. He posted a link to their site for "their" version of a saber with a slightly different name.

No Simplyprops is not "Back in our Fold".  He would need to pay back all the funds he took before that would even be considered >:(.

I am certainly glad that I stumbled across this thread. It is sooo important in a "hobby" / "collectors" site such as this to keep in tune with who is problematic or not. I know that people can have different opinions (we are only human after all) but as has been mentioned, If so many people are warning against someone, or even just one particular product, its kind of difficult to ignore those warnings

made an interested read, that's for sure

hmm that's strange of simplyprops, I've done 2 transactions with him and both were successful, I got the latest Starkiller version 5 from him and a Luke Rotj (his latest 2014 version) both amazing pieces of work and of good quality, I'm kinda surprised to find he owes money? ???

So he must be lying when he said he got Jq's permission.
That is NOT COOL!

I do not know about his relationship with the JQs.  It is possible they were not aware of the situation.  As far as FX-SABERs he is not a member here and we do not endorse his work.  It is caveat emptor should you choose to risk your funds and support someone who has not made good on transactions with other community members.

I think it's been said before, but just because you buy from him and it works well for you,
Other people In the community have had a bad experience. So helping him stay In business, is like saying to those other members that had Bad experiences "doesn't matter as long as it works for me"
