Poor Sound / Speaker Issue
« on: April 30, 2022, 12:53:47 PM »
Hi,

I’m hoping you guys can help me. I turned my saber on tonight and I had no sound. Then the odd crackle.
I stripped it down to check the wires, all looked ok and checked the 2 pin connector near the speaker.
I reassembled and it was a big improvement. But not 100%.
So, can anyone recommend my next step. I can’t solder and I don’t know much about sabers in general. I wouldn’t know which core to buy etc (I’m in the UK)

Advice / links would be a big help. Thanks

Yeah, I think so too... Do you know anywhere that would sell a replacement speaker... best to try that before I replace the whole core. Thanks
