I didn't really know what to expect when I read that... I wasn't really counting on getting an actual Darth Vader ROTS LE, but it would have been nice.  ;)

In other news, I found out today that my Luke LE is scheduled to be delivered on Monday. However, I'm going out of town tomorrow... and I won't be back for a week. :(  I called UPS and explained the situation, and they told me that they can't do anything since it's in transit. They told me that after the first delivery attempt I need to call them back and schedule a delivery. So I intend to do that. I really wish it would have gotten here at least by tomorrow before I leave. I'd sleep better at night while I'm away knowing its safely in my possession, but oh well.

I wouldn't worry about it too much Aayla, standard UPS procedure is three delivery attempts and then they keep it in the depot for 3-7 more business days, so even if you did nothing, which of course you aren't going to do, it would still not be sent back for over a week.

Thanks, Luke. I figured that would be the case, I'm just hoping nothing happens to it. If something does happen, well, that's what the warranty is for.  :D

I just got home tonight. I was out on spring break for a week. But I'm back.  ;D

The LE was actually delivered Friday... about an hour after I left town. According to UPS it wasn't supposed to arrive until Monday, when I called them to schedule a delivery. They told me it was left on the doorstep. I immediately freaked since it would have been there for three days. I then called the neighbor and he told me that the UPS guy gave the package to his daughter and that they're holding it for me. He said I should call and complain about that since they shouldn't be giving it to children that live at another address. That is pretty disturbing, but I should have it in my possession tomorrow. I got home too late to ask the neighbors for it, so I'll get it from them tomorrow after school. :)

Yes, I just got it a bit earlier from the neighbor. I just opened it. It's gorgeous, but the bubble strip is cracked.  :'(

I'm going to email MR, but now I have to go through the hassle of returning it and waiting for another one to arrive. I got #1112.  I think #1111 would have been cool. Haha. But gosh... I'd been so excited about getting this and it's damaged. :(


Update: I just called MR and explained the situation and they're going to email me a return shipping label. I'll then drop it off and I can expect to recieve a replacement early next week. So hopefully all will go well. :)
