Bought two conversion kits from Bertuzzi, communication was quick & friendly, the kits were shipped quickly & very safely packaged, the kits themselves were in such pristine condition it doesn't look like they were ever taken out of their wrapping. No matter how old I get or how many grey hairs appear in my beard (they're beginning to outnumber the brown ones) a toffee from Erv or a little bag of Haribo gummies from Bertuzzi never fails to brighten my day.  ^-^

Purchased a OR Qui with a CS 2.5 from him and discussed altering the LED choice. He agreed to with a slight price increase and I had the saber paid off quite fast and it was delivered in about 7 business days. Love the random bag of gummy bears. I was having an issue with the wiring of one of my sabers. He fixed it for an incredibly fair price and it barely took two days + shipping.
He was super friendly throughout and even gave advice on how to avoid the issue in the future.
