Custom TOR Inspired Saber update

Inspired by The Old Republic hilts from the game. This hilt is a mix of Ultrasabers & MHS parts with a PC 3.5 soundboard running the Unhinged (+5 more) soundfonts. Orange blade with White FOC.

Updated emitter and weathering.

Nice job, Rich!  I like how it's got some mash-up cues from OT hilts, like the blademaster series.  I remember your blademaster shoto, and this is another step up.
