As almost an MD, my advice is drink a lot (of water). Avoid rubarber pie (or any other source of oxalate if you have oxalate stones), avoid having meat too often in the week (if you have urate stones), ask the doc to check if you have any signs of urinary tract infections (might result in kidney stones as well as kidney stones themselves might be a source for recurrent UTIs). Have you been supplied with the right set of painkillers? Might be an idea to have your blood calcium levels checked up. If you feel like you need more info shoot me a PM or mail me on my ordinary address. Would be happy to try to help you out. Mind me I live in Sweden so I wouldnt be able to do anything but try to consult you on what to ask your own physician :)
