Nocturne Armory Ahsoka Tano w/Igniterâ„¢ R4
« on: April 20, 2013, 08:53:13 PM »
Hey there saber fans, today I'm bringing to you another Igniterâ„¢ R4 conversion. This one is an Ahsoka Tano from Nocturne Armory. Quite some time ago I won this on eBay for far more than I expected to pay but I think it was well worth it for the most part. There's a decent scratch on the control box but it is otherwise an excellent hilt. If you've been watching NA's releases on eBay you'll know that most of his sabers go for quite a bit these days.

This saber is running a LEDengin RGGB in a custom optics can with the greens in parallel. It has a 2W Railmaster bass speaker and pommel recharge. The battery is a dual 18500 pack with nice long run time. It is super light weight and I'm really happy with the overall quality of the build. Pics and video are below. Enjoy!

IA,

This looks awesome!  I can't wait to get my hands on a saber with Igniter R4.

looks great and looks like a lot easier size hilt to do the install than a parks version which seems to be very small indeed.
I don't know, i gotta bad feeling about this!

I haven't held a Parks but knowing his other sabers I'd say that is true. The inner black tube is just over and inch wide so I was able to fit everything but the speaker and the port in it. Amazingly though it is still small and very light. Wes struck a great balance between aesthetics and install space.

Great looking hilt IA.  Nice job.  Rather impressive that you got the Igniter and 18500 pack in there. I'd have thought it would be too tight.

Looks great, good job on the 18500 pack and generally getting it installed. I agree that this hilt offers a good balance between install space and looks. And of course that saber looks great hanging right above the alliance saber :)

Always nice to see another Ahsoka saber.  I've always been a fan of the design.

Great job.  ;)

Very nice, IA! What is the total length and the main grip's width?
