Help with cfx
« on: February 20, 2020, 09:57:26 AM »
I just got my cfx yesterday, trying to wire up for a single led but I'm getting no power on any of the hb led outputs, checked all the color profiles and set them all to Max but still no power. Did I get a dud?

That worked there's power now but it's same as power source, so if using 7.4v pack it doesn't limit the voltage like the old cf versions?

Nope. If you weren’t using the right resistors for 7.4V, the possibility exists that you might have fried a LED .

I find your arguments vague and unconvincing.

I've got the same problem. But only with firmwares higher than 10.001, up to 10.004E.
Using 3,7V battery, so I did not kill my LED.
When I downgrade the firmware to 10.002, everything works fine. Any suggestions?

Are you moving it around when it shuts off?

No
Boot sounds every 30 seconds without any action

It sounds like you have a short or ground somewhere in your wiring.

When I changed only CFX with the same wiring, it worked without any problem.
I think there is a problem with the foundation, but I do not know where the problem is

obviously without any macro picture of your board, it's hard to diagnose anything. You should also check your voltage map. It's probably a wiring issue as stated above
