Hey @vargose  !  That's a really pretty aqua color you chose for your blade!  You say it's a Green CREE 3W LED?  Do you know what the bin color was?  I would have guessed Tri-CREE with a Blue/Green/White FOC to achieve that color, VERY NICE!

Are your brass pieces 'found-parts'?  If so, good finds, and what are they?!

It's interesting how your blade plug seems to emit a Grass Green center with a hint of aqua flare.

Good Job on your construction, it turned out very nice!

The blade is green. From what I can tell really bright green LEDs actually photograph aqua, but in person it is green.

The brass piece is actually a brass sink pipe extension from Lowes. To keep it sturdy I placed a 1.125 inch aluminum pipe inside it with a 1.25 aluminum pipe at the top around that inside the extension joint. The 1.125 pipe goes into another 1.25 aluminum pipe just beyond the brass extension that runs the remainder of the saber, creating a sturdy core that the brass pip extension is essentially wrapping.
