I would like to introduce everyone to the Gentleman who traind me (Yoda)

The Place Facility:
SwordPlay Fencing Studio, located in Burbank, CA has been in operation since 1992.
Owner and SwordMaster Tim Weske has established a successful and unique training
facility offering a variety of training in Olympic-Style Fencing (Foil, Epee & Sabre)
& Stage Combat for film and television.
Many of SwordPlay's fencers continue to be a driving force in the competition circuit
under the USFA (United States Fencing Association). In addition, Mr. Weske has proven
to be a mainstay in Hollywood through his work as SwordMaster in the film & television industry.

Also the amount of Parries in Star Wars extends up to aproximately 19
so it does get much more involved than my simple explanation, but know this...
Those 6 zones are all there is.
Regardless of the parrie choosen to defend from the attack it will fall with in one of those
zones and that is how they are numbered for competition and choreography.
Learn the zones and you'll be on your way to a better understanding of Dueling with your Lightsaber.
