One in the ribs, one under the cf in the main body.  Mine is the same way.

if you look at the picture the only battery showing is the one in the ribbed section.  Its the one between the LED module and the board.  You can see that it ends just before the board.  The other battery is under the board (hidden by the board in the pic.
