There were quite a few things I never really thought about concerning the building of any saber, such as honing, but your videos were definitely helpful.  The work payed off.

This saber was recently commissioned for a rebuild by forum member DarthRaevus,  and I just fini8shed it yesterday.  The new look was inspired by my own CS-X's new look,  and I think it suits this saber nicely.  

The new specs:
  • Petit Crouton 1.6 sound board
  • R.I.C.E. port hidden in the battery compartment
  • Removable rechargeable 14650 Li-Ion battery packs.  7.4v, 940mAh
  • Railmaster 1.1" 8ohm, 2 watt speaker
  • Satin black baked-on enamel finish
  • Aux button in the ribbed extension
  • Green ring AV SPST momentary activation switch
  • LedEngin 5 watt green main blade led
  • Style 3v.2 MPS pommel
  • Black anodized CT button/wheel
  • 36" Dual-Core DiffusionTM Medium Duty blade w/bullet tip
  • R.I.C.E. cable
