Anyone configure the V5 BC LED pads for ammo/energy remaining?  Can't find the option in the config file. I checked all the config files. I plan to use mostly bank 5.

I only have V4 PDF as I did not see a V5 instruction set on Plecter website.

the energy mode is legacy from V4 and v3 so it should be in the manual

Hi Erv, I recently received my Blaster Core v5 board from TCSS, haven't had time to do anything with it yet. I would like to use a graphics display with it and only just found out that it isn't supported (yet). Any idea what display you will use and when it will be ready?

Thanks as always for great products.

The planned display is the same I've used before, however, the API got totally changed by the manufacturer and I'm slowly rebuilding the project. Anyhow, the screen version has to come with a pre installed screen firmware in it, as it's optional. That is currently in the pipe of things I have to do, progressing slowly. The first thing I need to finalize is the user's manual for BCv5. I'll make an addendum later for the screen operation when it's there.

a jointed effort with myself, evolution arms and vader's vault for finalizing Pico Blaster is in progress. I'm back from vacations after 15 days tiling and building a fence (among other things) and I'm trying to come back to the  normal dev routine but bear with me  :azn:
Hey Erv!

Any more news on this? Been gone for a long while but was excited to see news about this, even though it's a bit old'ish :)

Keep up all your good work :)

/Tobias

whoa, profile picture issues  :embarrassed:

progress yes and no. I've assembled a prototype that is running the default BCv5 firmware. Still in the pipe though

NP, it's not like it's been postponed for particular design issues. The design got done ages ago but I'm (still) waiting for some elements from partners to finalize the firmware. Without those I can't work more on it, so I'm also "waiting" so that it can be finished and manufactured to a larger extend

I just ordered a BC from TCSS  I want to add 12 static leds to my project (simply for lighting effects) I can just add them in parallel with the board directly with the battery and switch. With the appropriate resistors of course... Is my train of thought correct?

in parallel and directly on the battery, yes, it's the simplest solution !

Hey Erv, Sent you an email regarding the BCv5 user manual. I would like to include it with a couple of builds that I am working on.
