i would sell my back teeth and eat soup for the rest of my life to pay for one of these :D
I am not saying never. I am saying "I" couldn't pull off a run by myself. Perhaps if I were to work with one of the more established shops that were more familiar with runs, and had better equipment, yeah, I could see that.
But you guys have to know, I have around a 1/4 of a 2 car garage to work in, and manual hand crank machines to work on. And one or two hours one or two days a week and some weekends to work. I am just not equipped to do any kind of run.
These sabers I do are one of a kind works of art, I don't say that to praise myself or the work, I say that because I don't know if I can reproduce them. They're as good as I can make them, but I know they can be made better/faster/in greater quantities if I had the equipment. I am very limited by my tools at this point.
As such, I heavily hesitate doing commission work or runs, as you might imagine.
I am humbled by and greatly appreciate the interest, and it pains me to not fulfill a demand, but I just don't know how I'd do it.
